Lil Storm Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lil Storm pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it as simple as possible.

Please read our policy below before making a return or exchange.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused  
• Unwashed  
• In original condition  
• With all tags attached  
• In original packaging (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges where possible, especially for size changes.

If you need a different size, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you depending on stock availability.

If the item you want is unavailable, you may be offered a refund or store credit.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

4. Sale Items

All sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously and want everything you receive to be perfect.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number  
• Photos of the issue  

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

7. Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow a few business days for inspection and processing.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
